ICC is proud to deliver a landmark 400-room hotel at 41–43 Hunter Street, redefining hospitality in the heart of Parramatta’s CBD. Designed by FJMT, the 24-storey development will feature premium guest rooms, conference and event facilities, rooftop dining, wellness amenities, and a ground-floor café with an outdoor terrace overlooking St John’s Cathedral. Integrating contemporary architecture with heritage preservation, the project will create a vibrant destination directly connected to Parramatta Square within Sydney’s emerging second CBD.
