ICC Development Group (“ICC”) was established in 2014 as a consortium group that successfully won the bid and developed the ICC Hotel, now known as the ICC Sofitel Darling Harbour.
ICC is an infrastructure developer specialising in mixed-use assets such as hotels, hospitals, commercial, retail, and renewable assets across Australia. Our corporate governance benefits from the expertise of Dr. Jerry Schwartz, a renowned non-executive director from the Schwartz Family Company, Australia’s largest private hotel investor.
At ICC, our leadership is spearheaded by CEO Harold Dakin, bringing over 25 years of experience in the property and banking industries, with a background in engineering and investment banking. Harold is also the author of ‘The 3rd Owner Myth & the Dark Horse: The Australian Hotel Development Industry’, providing invaluable insights into the sect
